- Walls, ceilings, and trim have been painted
- Kitchen counter tops have been installed
- Bathroom vanity tops with under mount sinks have been installed in the master and upstairs bath
- Tile has been installed in master bath, upstairs bath, and laundry
- Hardwoods have been istalled in great room, dining room, kitchen, front entry, and 1st floor hallways
